Pray
Ask God that the people you are discipling would go on to make disciples themselves
Review
As we come to an end of this series take ten minutes to review everything you have learned and how you are getting on with the actions you have commited to. Think about the following question:
Read
Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.”
John 20: 21 (NLT)
One day as these men were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Appoint Barnabas and Saul for the special work to which I have called them.”
Acts 13: 2 (NLT)
Reflect
Jesus' purpose in making disciples was that they would go on to make others. Indeed as we have seen in our study of Matthew 9 and 10 he sent them out almost immediately.
Our purpose in making disciples must not be to grow our personal brand but to release them into the work of the Kingdom.
Practice: Sending
Action
Reflecting on the practice and the questions below write down at least one thing you will do (or stop doing) going forward
Share
If you are doing this in a group share your action statements and pray for each other. If you are doing this on your own we strongly recomend you share with at least one other person
If after completing these studies you are committed to making disciples who make disciples in the UK or further afield we would love to hear from you. please get in touch
